Rodolfo Siles has a solid background in international NGO’s management from his 9-year work at CARE, one of the largest international aid organizations in the world.  Rodolfo has managed numerous  projects and initiatives including the implementation of an integrated financial system into 40 country offices. He has lead projects that included the development of strategies and plans for IT technologies and processes on the use and correct application to support the organization’s objectives.

 

Rodolfo has an extensive experience in business management and the development and implementation of strategies including Business Process Reengineering. In his experience he has been responsible for integrated business systems; making improvements to procurement processes, budgeting, and inventory management; Additionally he developed a project information system to support the information management efforts of development projects in the areas of health, natural resources, education, economic development, water and sanitation;

 

Before joining CARE, Rodolfo was the lead consultant for a Bolivian consulting company offering financial analysis and feasibility studies for private companies and local governments.

 

Rodolfo has a bachelor degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering, from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from the Stevens Institute of Technology, which he got through a scholarship from the US Fulbright Program, and a Project Management Certification (SCPM) from Stanford University. He is a Certified Project Manager Professional PMP.

 

Rodolfo has traveled intensively around the globe, he has worked in 16 countries from Latin-America, Middle East, Asia and Africa. He is fluent in Spanish and English

Maria Hill has an extensive background in business development with emphasis in the development of business strategies and processes to ensure business success and access to capital. Services she provides include business planning and development, marketing research and strategies, operations, financial planning, financial projections and access to capital through lending programs, investors’ participation, grants and

other traditional and non-traditional funding sources.

 

Ms. Hill also provides services to foreign companies and individuals starting, relocating or opening a business/branch in the U.S. for which she partners with law firms specializing in immigration law and assistance to those seeking executive and/or investors visas.

Ms. Hill owns MH Consulting, since 1998.  MH Consulting has provided services to large engineering and environmental companies opening analytical testing laboratories in the Southeast of the U.S. in addition to servicing to a variety of industries and foreign companies or individuals establishing businesses in the U.S. and to growing U.S. companies in need of capital, business development, operations, process improvement, marketing, auditing, strategic planning, negotiations of mergers and acquisitions, purchase of franchises, and in securing equity capital and bank loans.

 

At present, Ms. Hill provides business development consulting services to a non-profit development group with emphasis in assisting established ethnic minority owned businesses. Furthermore, she serves on several boards and advisory committees and mentors several small and mid-size businesses. Ms. Hill has worked for several business development organizations where she held positions as the Lead Business Consultant, Financial and Business Advisor and Executive Director. She has also worked for major private U.S. and foreign corporations where she has been responsible for the management of personnel, establishing departments and branches and the budgeting. Ms. Hill has an extensive background in Information Technology, Environmental sciences and Finance and Business Administration.

 

Ms. Hill has Bachelors in Chemistry with emphasis in Statistics and Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University, obtained certification as a Systems Administrator from Oglethorpe University, and studied business administration in Barcelona, Spain. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Arturo Gil, CSA.  Born in Puerto Rico, Arturo is an experienced Insurance and Financial Services Associate for State Farm Insurance and a Broker for Franchise Career Consultants.  He is also a Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, the Society of Senior Advisors, a graduate of Kennesaw State University and a Certified Martial Arts Instructor Choi Kwang Do.

Ralph Perales, Perales & Fernandez, LLP. Ralph is truly a bicultural individual. He was born in Lima, Peru, lived in San Jose, Costa Rica and went to school in Atlanta, Georgia. After earning an engineering degree from Georgia Tech, he studied law at Georgia State University. Throughout his career, Ralph has been a member and a leader of some of Georgia’s most prestigious groups and associations such as the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association among many others.
He is the host of “Leyes Cotidianas” since 2000, an Emmy Award winning television program on WPBA Channel 30. Practice Areas:  personal injury and commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, corporate and business law, real estate transactions, immigration and criminal defense.

Luis Perez-Eguiarte, Perales & Fernandez, LLP.  Luis is an immigration attorney in Atlanta, and a long standing leader of Georgia’s Hispanic community.  For several years he worked with the international legal firm of Kilpatrick Stockton in Atlanta, GA and Washington, D.C., where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. He is admitted to practice law in the Mexican Republic and in the State of New York.
Mr. Perez-Eguiarte obtained his law degree at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and holds a Master's Degree in International and Comparative Law from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Perez-Eguiarte was an associate for five years with Baker & McKenzie in Mexico City where he specialized in Labor and Employee Benefits matters and assisted in developing the Environmental Practice Group. Before joining Kilpatrick Stockton, Mr. Perez-Eguiarte served as an intern with the Mexican Embassy and the U.S. House of Representatives, in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Perez-Eguiarte is a founding member of the Mexican American Business Chamber in Atlanta, having served as Vice President from 1999 to 2001 and as President in 2002 and 2003. He also sits on the Boards of the Mexican Center of Atlanta and the Georgia Conservancy, and is a member of the Georgia Advisory Committee to the U.S Commission on Civil Rights. Besides speaking English and Spanish (his native language) Mr. Perez-Eguiarte is fluent in Italian and proficient in French.
During 2000, Mr. Perez-Eguiarte appeared weekly on the CNN en Español show "Economia y Finanzas" as a legal analyst.  Because of the time demands of a growing immigration practice, Mr. Perez-Eguiarte discontinued his weekly appearances to become one of CNN en Español’s most frequent guests and the legal expert of choice of several anchors.
In 2000, Mr. Perez-Eguiarte was distinguished as one of Georgia's "40 under 40 - Rising Stars in Business and Politics" by Georgia Trend magazine.  During several years he wrote a periodical column for La Vision de Georgia, one of Atlanta's leading Hispanic newspapers, as well as on other local and national Hispanic publications.  For the past few years, he has been the host of the public service radio show “Boletin Migratorio Radio” on Planeta X (1190 AM) and La Ley (1080 AM) radio stations in metropolitan Atlanta, and is a weekly guest on immigration matters of “La Voz” radio station in Dalton, GA.  Mr. Perez-Eguiarte is founder and editor of “Boletin Migratorio”, a free bimonthly Spanish language magazine on immigration matters, distributed in the metropolitan Atlanta region. Starting on May, 2006, “Boletin Migratorio TV” will be launched and broadcasted live on Georgia TeVe (Comcast 150) every Sunday with Mr. Perez-Eguiarte as its host.
