Impacto Consulting regularly conducts an initial assessment interview (can be a phone conference or 1-on-1 meeting) in order to establish the scope of work, number of hours required to complete a project, complexity of the project, expected deliverables, timelines for payments and other conditions of the Consulting Services Agreement. 

The first interview takes about 2-3 hours whereas a representative from our company meets with the business principals to discuss about the “Consulting Services Agreement” and client needs.

Our pricing depends upon scope of work.  There are not fixed fee schedules for our services.
